Stephens Family: Huntsville, Al family photography

Leigh contacted me to do some photos of her teenage daughters a while back. On the first consult I suggested that they should get some family shots too since we were all going to be there anyway...and they decided to go with a family session and I was thrilled...I love photographing families with older children.

Part of their requests was to have the session at their family farm. I love when clients have their locations picked up already, for I run out of location ideas very often.

So my very pregnant assistant Miss Darby and I headed to Tennessee to this family's farm last weekend. It was a long drive and I had a super busy weekend so I was kinda dreading the drive.  However...we got there and WOW!...the farm was beyond beautiful, and we were greeted by the family in their four wheelers, who drove us around the farm to their favorite spots. It was SO MUCH FUN! I kept looking at Darby wondering if she was OK with all those bumps in the road...but she seemed to be having as much fun as I did. I think for now should be a rule to drive around in a motor vehicle in every session!

We haul our stuff around and set up in the most amazing settings...The girls were a dream to photograph and the evening went so fast I didn't want it to end...because a fun family...a beautiful location and two gorgeous teens is a photographers dream come true!

Here are my favorite images from the evening...I hope you love them :)

Stephens family...I hope you love your photos, and thank you for choosing me to capture your family's memories [and for the fun evening].

Mc Broom Sisters. Hunstville, Al family photography

I met these sweet sisters at the waterfall in Hampton Cove. Off course, as always there were 100.000 seniors taking prom photos so we had to stay up the top, which is great since I love the top of this location!

It was a little chilly and overcast for an April evening here down south, yet we manage to have tons of fun capturing some sweet images. Here are my favorites of their session.

Amy I hope you love these photos...and that they make your heart happy :)

Morton Family welcomes baby Jacob. Huntsville, Al newborn and family photography

The Morton's welcomed a brand new baby boy a couple of weeks ago and I got to capture this amazing moment! Baby Jacob won the "best baby award" at his session...he slept through it like an angel, making my job a breeze :)

I just love photographing newborns. It is such a blessing to have the opportunity to document an angel's first days on this world and every amazing detail that soon will be changed forever.  His tiny hands, kissable little mouth and those bitty feet that will soon be running around...They just grow so fast!

Here are my favorites from his session...

Anissa I hope you love your photos. You have a beautiful family. Thank you choosing me to capture your memories...For full gallery go here.
