Bingham family: Huntsville, Al family photography

I met this momma the first day of my oldest kindergarten class...just days from moving here to Huntsville. Her youngest was one of Isabel's classmates and she was the room mom. From the first time we spoke I knew she was something very special, but had no idea of the extent of her gifts... She is a "super" full time working mom, an amazing woman and devoted Christian. We go to the same church and I know how much she gives there every Sunday with my little one's Sunday class. Last year she went to my country for a mission with our Church, and I know that she is in the organizing team this year...something about that makes me feel very connected to her (she probably didn't know that until now...) I just feel so very blessed to be surrounded with such great people in our church...in our schools. This is an awesome town to live in...and I have the best clients!

Ok...back to their session. We met at Monte Sano last weekend. I had so much fun capturing her family. Her kids are precious and so willing and happy to be photographed. It was just a great experience for me to get to hang out with them like this.

I ended up with too many great images...here I share with you my favorite ones.

Shannon I hope you love your photos...thank you for choosing me to capture your family's memories.

Ann and Gregory: beautiful country wedding. Huntsville, Al wedding photography

Its a wonderful opportunity to be part of a couple's most important day in their lives! I just love how through the engagement sessions, bridals and planning, you end up spending a lot of time with the bride and groom so by the day of their wedding it almost feels like family...I think I even teared up!

Ann and Gregory had a beautiful small and private country inspired wedding ceremony and reception at their grandmother's farm in Lynnville, TN. Everything was absolutely beautiful,  and every detail was there. I feel so blessed to had the pleasure of documenting this day for them.

The next day there was a big party...but that is for another post!

Thank you to Cindy Shaver for second shooting, and Nancy Finnegan for the beautiful makeup!

Here my favorite images of the day...

More to come on another post!!!

Stephens Family: Huntsville, Al family photography

Leigh contacted me to do some photos of her teenage daughters a while back. On the first consult I suggested that they should get some family shots too since we were all going to be there anyway...and they decided to go with a family session and I was thrilled...I love photographing families with older children.

Part of their requests was to have the session at their family farm. I love when clients have their locations picked up already, for I run out of location ideas very often.

So my very pregnant assistant Miss Darby and I headed to Tennessee to this family's farm last weekend. It was a long drive and I had a super busy weekend so I was kinda dreading the drive.  However...we got there and WOW!...the farm was beyond beautiful, and we were greeted by the family in their four wheelers, who drove us around the farm to their favorite spots. It was SO MUCH FUN! I kept looking at Darby wondering if she was OK with all those bumps in the road...but she seemed to be having as much fun as I did. I think for now on...it should be a rule to drive around in a motor vehicle in every session!

We haul our stuff around and set up in the most amazing settings...The girls were a dream to photograph and the evening went so fast I didn't want it to end...because a fun family...a beautiful location and two gorgeous teens is a photographers dream come true!

Here are my favorite images from the evening...I hope you love them :)

Stephens family...I hope you love your photos, and thank you for choosing me to capture your family's memories [and for the fun evening].
