Billings family: Huntsville, Al family photography

This is the last session of the year. Yes...I am so excited to have a little break for the holidays and enjoy my family. I feel so blessed that my business has bloomed this past year more than I ever anticipated or dreamed of, but by this time I am feeling a little tired. :)

And what a better session to have as the last one than this one I am about to show you. The Billings were such a pleasure to work with. From the moment they arrived I knew we were going to have fun! Three handsome young boys (well...men as for the oldest) and their very good looking parents... all so happy and loving. I loved how as the session progressed I got a sense of their family dynamics and I think I was able to capture some of that; a loving marriage and three best friends. All 4 boys (yes..Dad included) in love with their mom. An I don't blame them...that is a pretty awesome lady!

So here I show you my most favorites of their family session and I hope you, as I did, will be moved by the great images.

Amy, thank you for trusting me with your family's memories. I hope you love your images and much as I do. To see your full gallery of images clink "here".

Ellis Family: Huntsville, Al Family Photography

I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet family last year, and when Angie called me again this year I was thrilled. It makes me so happy to have clients coming back to me, and my hope is that I will grow in my photography side by side with families that gave me an opportunity when I didn't even know I had this in me...that I can keep bringing fresh ideas and better quality year after year in order to maintain clients interested in my photography!

This year has been such a ride....

Angie wanted to have her holiday photos taken at Bridge street...which has the most beautiful holiday decor.  I have to admit that I have been hesitant to pay the fee they charge to shoot there, so this was my first time. Also, I try to refrain from having sessions on locations I am not familiar with, but I decided to give it a shot!

The afternoon was beautiful, the sun was shining and the boys were angels; We had a great session and capture some pretty awesome images...

Angie, I hope you love your photos. I think you will have the most cheerful card this holiday season. Thank you again for trusting me with your family's memories. To view full gallery of images click "here".

Bolton Family: Huntsville, Al family portraiture

These beautiful young women belong to a good friend of mine, and they were one of the first subjects I ever photographed since I have my business. I was thrilled when Mrs. Karen asked me to photograph them again this year and this time the whole family. We met at an awesome location and I had high plans of creating gorgeous images of the girls with Karen's horse. However, the beautiful horse did not feel like getting his picture taken, and juts like a child he through some temper tantrums and made it impossible for me to get the images I wanted. Oh well...I told Mrs Karen we have to redo that part! Because I am getting those images I envisioned...sooner or later! lol!

But all did not fail, for we had a beautiful afternoon sun and created some memorable family photos! I just looove all the warmth of the clothes, the beautiful skin, and the gorgeous setting sunlight.

Karen, Thank you for allowing me to photograph your family once again...you are awesome...and I hope you love your images. And please...free of charge let's try the horse thing once more soon...just you and him! To view full gallery of images online go here.
